I went in for my first time ever to get my brows done today..i am so pleased with the overall expierence. The front desk people ( both man and woman ) was a absolute delight. They made sure i was comfy while i waited , which was not long. My brow professional was a sweet lady. So gentle and kind. 1 hour after i was done i made a appt for my daughter. Both of our brows are great. Im going in next week for a eyelash tint and perm. This is my spot now. I highly recommend them.
Omg I absolutely loved my brow girl she was the best, but man their reception lady was so so rude. I was 7 minutes late and yes I understand the policy I pay for half for booking my friends appt and her being late and I'm responsible, but her being rude about it was uncalled for. I will NEVER be back. I was a repetitive customer, that is not how you talk to people. What made it so bad is that it was the day before my wedding and I didn't deserve the attitude on my day! Thank you but no thank you. Hire a new girl!!!!!!!
I took my daughter to get a facial done by Ms. Joyce. She really took good care of my daughter. My daughter has acne and she made sure to inform us what to do and what to use for her face! She is absolutely wonderful and we can only say positive things about each staff. From the very beginning we walked in until we checked out the service was very professional. AMAZING, AMAZING,AMAZING!! Joyce and Edwin are such good people and the staff so sweet and professional!! And don't get me started on the building itself......I want to live there, so relaxing and clean! The perfect little getaway in Lawton!!
The ONLY place to get your brows done! My 4 daughters and I have all visited the Brow Parlour. We LOVE Joyce!
