I will give a 4 star just because my girl Monika was awesome.. and so was the manager and owner I spoke w on the phone..went for a daughters day and had a brow shaping and hydro gel mask for both of us.. my daughters girl didn’t do that however.. she gave her a collagen eye thing or gel around eye or whatever.. when we asked about it her girl said that what Monika did was wrong and that they would take the cost off for my daughter but the girl couldn’t complete service because she moved on to a different client.. my girl Mon... read more

I have sent 4 or 5 messages on Instagram now trying to find a solution but I have gotten no response. I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment.
