I had an amazing experience at The Brow Lounge in Frankfort! Deanna did a fantastic job on my brows—she was not only meticulous and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I left with brows that look better than ever! I was excited to try this place despite it being 30 minutes from my house. 20 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start I asked the receptionist if she could check in when it’s my turn and she came back to tell me the stylist needed maybe 10 -15 more minutes. I understand that in this industry you can run over on time but I think a courtesy call would’ve been appropriate as now I’m 30 minutes past my appointment time and needed to leave. Unprofessional and won’t be going back.

I’m so happy with the results of my lash lift and tint today. Lora did an incredible job and it’s clear that she’s very skilled. I have blonde eyelashes that are very hard to see normally but she really made my eyes pop! I would 100% recommend Lora for anyone looking to get this service.
