I have been so pleased with the artistry and skill of brow tinting by Stacey Lynn. When I moved to Williamsport, I tried a couple of other places and was not pleased. I will continue with Stacey Lynn. She is caring and friendly and adept in her profession.
Stacy is very professional and does a fantastic job every time!
Can’t recommend Stacey enough!! The only person I will let touch my brows. She turns my blonde brows into the perfect shade of brown.
Stacie Lyn has always provided excellent services. She’s very personable, knowledgeable, and skilled at what she does. She’s the only one I trust doing my eyebrows! For a long time I would even drive an hour just to come to her 😂
