We've used services from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters multiple times, and have always had a great experience! They promptly communicate, set up an estimate, get you scheduled, and provide high quality work. Most recently, we had an unexpected repair needed right before leaving town; and they were super quick at getting us on their schedule, and completed the repair/replacement within the same week, thank you again!
I had new gutters installed by this company about a year ago. Unfortunately, when an issue arose due to what turned out to be an improper original installation, I was charged $500 for the repair, even though it should have been covered, in my view. I was told this was because the local franchise had changed ownership since the original install. The communication throughout the process was poor. We had a estimate done by Rosie Folks and I can say, she was the most pleasant person I have spoken with lately, she was very thorough with the information about the services and options, showed us the demonstration product and took measurements of my home.
