The workmanship of the gutter installation looks great. Pedro and Freily were organized, and pleasant to work with. The sales process took some time and work to get a verbal promise on the agreement, but it worked out in the end. Now that it is done, for some reason, the management is not cashing the final payment. They are preferring to cash it on some unspecified date in the future. I don't like having the deal open indefinitely like this.
