Terrible Experience. I got a quote and emailed twice to clarify part of the quote. No response for a week. I called and asked for an answer. "Someone will get back to you soon." No one got back to me. Very surprised by the lack of professionalism and courtesy given all the good reviews on here. Big waste of time.
We had our gutters cleaned by The Bothers and had a very good experience from the initial estimate to the follow-up after the job was completed. Tucker and Dom were polite and respectful. Owner Mike was very responsive to my questions and concerns.
We had a great experience with the company, they were quick to respond and Mike and Junior did a fantastic job. They were both very nice and experienced!
Mykel, Dom, and Junior did a quality, professional job. Would hire them again.
