This was a very poor experience and I do not recommend utilizing Brothers that just do Gutters. The initial experience was promising, but when it came to completing the job that was advertised, the service was far less than satisfactory. Repair/install - the crew was friendly and somewhat professional. The work was done fairly quickly over the course of two days. After the second and final day, I inspected the work. I spoke with Luke the owner yesterday, he helped me solve an issue related to my roof maintenance. Although gutters are his main business, he was very insightful and honest in giving me ideas. Kudos to Luke and his operation.
I highly recommend The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Columbus, GA. Luke Smith did the inspection and gave a reasonable quote. Once I said yes, the crew put up attractive new gutters that held up well in the recent hard rain.
Very reasonably priced for the quality of work! Everyone has been very kind speaking to and take pride in their work. We needed a tweak after the initial install, and they fixed it quickly. Definitely worth supporting a business like this.
Would have loved an opportunity for an estimate but the customer service to schedule an estimate was awful. From reading the reviews, those that do the work seem great. Getting to that point fell flat. :-(
