Brothers was fabulous to work with and did a great job! Friendly and helpful from our first call, to follow up making sure were happy with the work done. Communication and scheduling were great, service was prompt and professional and we enjoyed working with them!
Dude passes my house and pulls into my neighbors driveway. I holler, hey over here. He still proceeds to get out of his vehicle at my neighbors so I stop whst im doing and head that way. I say Hey over here. He gets his panties in a bunch and hollersxback now I'm not coming over. This was the most unprofessional experience I've had with any company in the construction field. Guess we wanted me to just let him stay at my neighbors. Very odd behavior.
Great company to work with, reasonable prices, and very responsible on the project. Will recommend it if you have a gutter problem.
I had problems that 3 sections overflowed. Brother Gutters came out and gave me a quote. I had to pay 50% up front. They did the work but 2 still overflowed. I got another quote but I questioned why? You didn’t fix them. The smart comment was that the workers did what was on the quote. So they worked on them again. 1 was fixed but the other was not. I called again. Their person was not friendly. I was told that the last bill was not paid and they would not do anything until the bill was paid. It was paid that day. I contacte... read more
