Wow! This was an unscheduled stop for us making our way back home from Perth and what a lovely place to stay at! Kerry is an amazing host who has put her “heart and soul” into not only the premises, but the experiences of the guests! Absolutely a gem of a stop for quality Accomadtion and the care factor. This will now become a regular stop for us when travelling to and from Perth! We Highly recommend the Brookton! It’s fantastic……
We had a wonderful 2 day stay. The bed was very comfortable. The many shared bathrooms were new and modern. Our host was kind and welcoming who served a beautiful breakfast including waffles! There was something delightful about staying in a beautiful old building.
We stumbled upon The Brookton quite by accident whilst searching for overnight accommodation in the area. What a find, Kerry your owner/hostess is going a Stirling job of returning this grand old lady back to former glory. The atmosphere of old world charm is being recreated by Kerry and her staff. Beautiful. To me, it feels rather luxurious for country accommodation, at a great price. The owners have put a lot of work into this beautiful historic building and the artwork the owner has found is awesome and everywhere it's so lovely to see old buildings coming to life again. Even has a lift for the upper floor, which is very thoughtful for visitors.
We’ve stayed here a few times now. I take my young boys and we receive a homely, wholesome experience every time. Open fire in the communal area where you have the opportunity to share evening conversations with fellow guests, along with Kerry and her team. Very relaxed without anything being forced. Rooms are clean and tidy and the place has a wonderful old world charm with Kerry’s antique tastes on full display.
