Sean, is the best manager so far. Very friendly and helpful even with minor handy work around the apartment wear n tear.
This apartment building has changed a lot from the last couple of years ! There is a new superintendent by the name of Sean and he really takes care of the building . He helps the old people and always very pleasant. I visit there couple of times a week and the place is always so clean. Sean always greets you if he’s downstairs in his office with a smile. He also gets the job done if anything is broken . This new superintendent is a keeper and Kaneff should think of really giving him a raise in these times , he deserves it .

This was our first apartment in Canada and we simply loved living here. A quaint, well maintained building that overlooks a brook. We were lucky to have exceptionally kind neighbours and a super awesome building manager Alex. Alex's dedication to ensuring a top-notch living experience is truly commendable.
