This was our first apartment in Canada and we simply loved living here. A quaint, well maintained building that overlooks a brook. Terrible bug infested and black mold
Not a safe place to leave. Can’t explain the complaint in words about this place, or i think all the kaneff properties are like same. Not enough security or cameras around. Highly unorganized system of the building. Nobody follows up even after reporting a complaint.
We have been tenants in 2177 Sherobee, since 2016. It's nice, quiet building in general, compared with the age of the building. All Maitenence related issues are done by manager on site, Alex, in timely manner. All issues that persist, and were addressed to Alex, were resolved without any problem. We are very happy to have him as a manager in the building. Thank you Alex for the hard work.
