I have been waiting for the Window Installers to put my blinds back up after they installed new windows and patio door. However, I'm told that it is the tenant's responsibility to put these blinds back up.
December 4 2025 - Holiday decorations The Superintendent did a fantastic job decorating the lobby. The area is charming and festive, including the holiday music, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It is the nicest display since living in the Brookside property in the last ten years. The new Superintendent does a fantastic job managing the building. Thank You and Happy Holidays.
We are happy to have Marilou and Geof in Obelisk III. They are friendly, helpful and act fast whenever we have issues. They are doing their job well. Marilou and Geof are an Asset to Obelisk III.
