I walked into this facility for the first time today. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Administration was readily available and very knowledgeable about the community.
New kitchen manager is constantly bad talking all kitchen staff. even if the staff needs help does not offer to help and is overall a bad manager someone needs to take action.
I have been working with Elder care and services for over 20 years. Then it was my turn with my loved one to find assistance and housing. Hands down - Hardest thing I have ever done emotionally. At The Brookshire Dana the Executive Director and Nancy the Admission Director were with me every step of the way. My Aunt has settled in her spacious room with a full walk in closet and bathroom.
