If you have a small child beware. Ive been asking for window repairs and locks to be added for protection and 8 months in and still nowhere to be found. Apartment turned over with mold and pet hair everywhere and broken key fob. Told “we are not a professional cleaning service “ when i complained. Numerous left over items in cabinets from previous tenants. Rusty fixtures and broken floorboards. Pretty nice apartment. Good amenities. Responsive landlord.
This apartment has potential but I did not have a good experience staying here. The biggest pain point was how unmaintained the amenities were. The gym was not cleaned once while I was staying there, and many pieces of equipment were broken or on the verge of breaking. The other amenities are in similar shape but I didn't use them often. Management is extremely difficult to work with and seem to try to make your life as challenging as possible. They'll take weeks to months to get back to you, if at all.
