March 30th my daughter arrived at your hospital in anaphylaxis and waited a half hour to see a doctor. Was never given epinephrine nor albuterol nor oxygen. Hives, lips and hands blue, angioedema, difficulty swallowing and speaking. Dr. wanted to take out her tonsils. Thank goodness she took benedryl before getting there. No help in an emergency she could have died.

The hospital i was born in 1993, i recently found a blue card, actually my card with my name, my number ( not phone #), my d.o.b, and the address of the hospital. I knew it was in Brooklyn, but i just didn't know where exactly in Brooklyn cause i moved since 1999, i was just a kid. I don't know if they still make these cards for their patients to this day. I wonder if i can use the same card if i walk in the hospital.
I am for me the task of the hospital and the doctor should be assessed as much as possible because it is a noble humanitarian mission
