Unfortunately my mother didn’t have a choice in hospital when you ride in an ambulance. Horrible nursing staff at night.. my mom was in pain and was told you have to wait in the morning. Left several messages with nurse Scott aka idiot, for the doctor to call me to give me the status of my mom, still waiting day 2. My mom shouldn’t feel uncomfortable in a hospital. I visited The Brooklyn Hospital Center with my son and Dr. Sheryl Abraham and her peers were nothing short of amazing, accommodating and kind. This is a place that offers a safe and caring environment for its patients. Highly recommend it!!!
Emergency room is chaotic. Doctors, nurses and staff lack communication but they are hardworking individuals. It could get annoying due to long waits and cancellation of procedure. There is no solution but wait. This hospial is a teaching hospital. Just sit, wait and learn. Stop complaining. Nurse Jones, and assistant Deroses in 9th floor were great. I am wondering how emergency room looks now for the oandemic. 4.5 stars out if 5
