I am extremely disappointed with the care my child received at this facility. Communication with our family was extremely poor, and there were serious concerns that we were not informed about while our child was in their care. My child began hurting himself while at the facility, yet we were not properly informed about what was happening. I went through their PHP for teens back in October of 2025. I felt the need to come back and praise Ms. Olivia, Mr. Jordan, and Ms. Gracey. I don’t remember all the names but the teachers were great aswell. As a struggling teenager it’s hard to connect with adults sometimes, especially healthcare professionals. I’ve been through numerous programs and had countless therapists, but not one has ever compared to Ms. Olivia. She made every kid individually feel seen and valued. There is more freedom and human rights at the detention center, placed me on meds that made me violent against my will and horrible miscommunication with staff lead to my false diagnosis’s
