It’s very sad how they treat their patients. I don’t even wanna give it any stars they have revolving doors that’s all they care about.

Based on our experience only, I unfortunately cannot recommend The Brook Hospital for parents simply seeking help finding therapy or outpatient resources for their child. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nurse — Although she had no authority over what was happening and didn’t have all the answers, she took the time to sit with us, listen, calm us down, and help in every way she possibly could when it felt like no one else would. Kaelin and Joe are absolutely amazing. Kaelin is so caring and compassionate about all her patients (currently in IOP) and Joe spices it up with his sense of humor and being very open about his past. I’ve been to the Brooke 4 times now and this is the best experience I’ve had.
