Highly recommend. I was nervous to come in but everyone was so kind and helpful. It made all the difference. I had a lot of questions about mental health care and the Brook but Jalie and Adrine in admissions took the time to work with me and help me to feel confident in my decisions. They explained things clearly and offered compassion and understanding at a time when my family and I needed it most.

Some of the staff were friendly. This establishment was quite disorganized. They forgot to give the medicine l brought to the facility back when my daughter was discharged. A shuttle bus is needed for those whom catch the bus to this hospital. I have to figure out a way to pick up the medicine within a week window! I also didn't get to speak to my daughter sometimes do to shift changes. I think this facility is understaffed and therefore the current employees have tremendous work loads.
