This company is very selective, I believe because of the fact, if your hispanic, you get good service, however here are some of the things going on. One, people had bed bugs, management doesn't share this with neighbors. Two we are forced to pay for Valet Trash, but they don't keep a schedule. Three, they had an community event, they offered hundreds of dollars off the rent, if you gave them a good to great review (still haven't heard who won it).
