The staff here is amazing. Very customer focused and they took excellent care of my son while he was a tenant and attending Western Michigan University.
They're helpful when you move in, offer options, but then the fees hit. So. Many. Fees. When looking for options they offered my son a range and he got to choose the room he wanted. Six months later, they announce they are moving him to a new unit in a different building because none of his current roommates renewed. This time they are not giving him any choice in rooms AND they are charging him a $500 "transfer fee" for a transfer he didn't ask for. It has been a year since I moved to The Bronco Club. Nick or sometimes other friends handled the issues at my apartment, though Nick was usually the one taking care of things. Nick is truly skilled at his job and a wonderful person; he is always very polite and helpful. Thanks, Nick.
