Monica has incredible communication skills, I am so impressed with her communication skills. She made the process extremely clear, was easy to reach by phone, and responded to emails quickly. I am so glad she handled my application process. She has been incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly throughout the entire experience! I’ve felt like the staff genuinely cares about helping me. I am very grateful to the Bronco Club and its amazing staff! Thank you!
The staff here is amazing. Very customer focused and they took excellent care of my son while he was a tenant and attending Western Michigan University.
