After 38 years of living in Las Vegas, I made the decision to return to my home state of Michigan. I had contacted a real estate agent in my home town but was very disappointed at the lack of motivation and help. So I took to Zillow and saw a house that was up for sale so I reached out to the agent Josh Holbrook. Right from the start Josh worked with us getting us showings that worked for our 2 hour drive down to Frankenmuth. He was always available and helped us find our Michigan retirement home. WORST EVER. My experience with this realty company was stressful and upsetting. Kerry is NOT recommended. Very poor communication, doesn't listen, doesn't understand the business and constantly asking me to drop the list price. Bethany (broker) ignored my emails except one at closing when I asked what was going on with that. At one point, Kerry implied we may be dropped if we didn't lower the price. I felt threatened. My husband also felt this way when he heard her say this on a phone call. Steer clear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Josh Holbrook Was absolutely amazing to work with. Since day one, he answered all of our questions, calls, texts, emails without hesitation or annoyance. He made the whole process so easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell. Such a kind and genuine person to work with.
