SELLERS BEWARE!!! I would not use or recommend this agency to sell your home. I was going thru a divorce. I sought out cash offers because I wanted my divorce final. Bethany replied as an investor for cash offers. Bethany came to my home, told me that she worked with 150 different investors and she could sell our home for way more. I explained I didn't want to go tru the showing process or the additional stress. She convinced me to show my home for 1 weekend.
