I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent experience with the real estate services we received. It has been incredibly disheartening to realize that what we thought were friends were not truly supportive during this process. Supposed to be our friends. What happened? Thinking that talking behind your back in the office would not get back to me or my husband. The worst experience I have ever had. Tonya ignored our phone calls and had the office girls lie to us. Beth pushed us off to her husband and never once said anything to us. They made there money so I guess that is all that matters.
I couldn't be happier with my experience! Josh was wonderful, he came to our first appointment prepared with data and comarables, he provided lists of things to do and made the entire process easy. We had an offer in 4 days and I don't think that would have been possible without the Brokaw Group's experience and knowledge! Will absolutely be using them for my next home purchase!
