Come to the Boulder Station Hotel to enjoy some of the freshest seafood around. Start with a tasty Shrimp Cocktail Packed With Plump Shrimp. Another great meal-starter is the Bucket Of Steamed Clams served as a baker's dozen with a side of garlic bread. For an entree, the Alaskan King Crab Legs are huge and served with drawn butter. If seafood isn't your thing, they also offer a terrific 12-ounce prime rib dinner. A nice dessert selection is available, as well as full bar service.

This place wasn’t bad they had a really really good filet I ordered a 8 ounce filet and it was super cool that our server came to the table and made the Caesar seller from scratch, including the dressing with the real anchovies in it you could tell he didn’t really want to make it but he had to and he was kinda impatient with us all but anyways I really enjoyed the rolls they made crispy and soft is always the right way to go and the mashed potatoes was well made as well it was a pretty good place minus the rudeness of our s... read more

The Broiler is one of those rare spots that still feels like old-school Vegas—dim lighting, leather booths, and that unmistakable aroma of sizzling steak the moment you walk in. I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We love The Broiler! The restaurant was immaculate, the Prime Rib was outstanding and Claudia made us feel at home. We will be back!

Steaks were really solid—ordered mine medium well and it came out just right. The real star was this garlic steak sauce the waiter recommended… Still thinking about it! 4.5 overall.
