For such a large entity, I am continuously pleased to work with the middle and upper management people. They are real and honest about issues, smart and well experienced (in the electrical trade section at least). There are a few people there that seem to cause drama, but not any more than you might expect to find anywhere to be truthful. Benefits are well rounded and better than "fair."
