I lived with The Broadway company for a year, and while the overall experience was okay, there were some definite issues. The biggest problem was with maintenance. They weren’t very responsive, and it became a serious issue when we lost heat for over a week in the middle of October. Was a tenant for 2 years in Southie on 8th Street. Roof caved in our last month from a leak that had existed our entire time there despite multiple maintenance reports, and getting them to test for mold was like pulling teeth. Was already dealing with broken air conditioning during the height of the summer (all of July). They ignored the structural damage to the building reported via the mold report and just added a new wall and fresh coat of paint. Had to move out early.
