Lost items, no resolution, very poor customer service – Broadway Cleaners lost my belongings, and offered no resolution, no compensation to this day. They are very unorganized, with all alterations being stored in various trash bags with no order. The customer service is very poor. The manager, Letty, is rarely available. It took me three trips there to have a chance to speak to her about my lost items. Manager's only solution was she was sorry, and went on to help the next customer.
