JUNE UPDATE: owner recently had a new drywer installed in the building as the other one finally stopped working. 2 times now has this faulty machine taken my money and not started, resylting in me spending MORE money and having to use a different machine. When,asked,if i could gey compensated my $2, the manager said to me "the owner said im not aloud to do that anymore." April 2024 update: About a year ago, a tenant moved into a unit on the same floor as me with a dog, even though the lease explicitly says no dogs. The day thelis tenant moved in, i approached the manager and told her i was not comfortable with this at all and i was worried about the potential of fleas spreading to my cats. I had lived here 3 years at this point and never had a flea. Cut to a year of the dog being here and i started having fleas in my unit. This used to be a nice place to live up until about 8 months ago. Management changed and the problems have ensued. The heat is constantly out in the building and all the owner cares to do is pay to have it patched up so it can break down 3 days later leaving us in the cold for days on end. I also never used to have problems with the neighbors being loud until recently, and when i speak to the manager about it im told the neighbors freind is in another country and thats why its okay for him to talk loud til 2am, meanwhile i g... read more
