My lease was up for renewal so I contacted the manager (Ms Simone) because I had a few questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable when helping me I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. I am a 4 year resident and I enjoy the community. Ms Wilson
The new property manager Mrs. Simone is super nice and sweet. She made the renewal process super easy. If you’re looking for a place to make you feel comfortable and at home. This is the place to be!

I’ve been leasing a unit here for about 11 months and deeply regret it. Aside from the tenants who leave their trash all over the buildings and don’t throw it in the designated dumpsters, the leasing office and assistant manager Daisy are extremely unprofessional and use predatory practices to get more money out of tenants.
