Would rate less if possible. I was involved in a messy lease agreement with an ex. I was locked out of my apartment, given no assistance from management and then was told I would not get my security deposit back even though my name is on the lease. Seriously unhelpful management. Also you will be threatened to be evicted if you are unable to give them near constant access to your apartment for the dozens of times they want into the apartment building throughout the year. One of the most below rated apartment you can go to stay. The apartment has cockroaches which doesn’t go away. Other tenants I talked to also have the cockroach issues. Very unreasonable expensive price based on the apartment. My rent was $1295 for one bedroom apartment and they every month add extra almost $200 for gas, sewer, and water that’s totally unfair they say oh we add by the number of people and overall all the apartments we divide by the number of people. They say they are paperless company and send ton of unrelated blast emails, related to water shutdown. Reported several times and no one is bothered. This is real pain.
Any time I call I can't get through. Rings three times and call ends. Yes, I am calling that number. The number listed when you Google the property. I've called several times this week and the call doesn't go past three rings and the call ends.
The townhome apartments are really nice and spacious, with in unit washer and dryers. Good size kitchen area too with microwave and dishwasher. Maintenance requests through the app get completed quickly. I had a problem with mice coming in from a hole at the heater but maintenance came in and set traps and plugged the hole and problem was fixed! I've lived at other places where maintenance does not do anything. That's not the case here.
