Incredibly unprofessional to the point where behavior of staff and neglect of patients is abusive. Patients are treated with little to no dignity or respect and have to deal with subpar amenities while being charged unreasonable prices for it. Nurses are dismissive and have terrible attitudes while making patients feel ashamed for needing help. It is appalling that a care facility is allowed to run like this while also unethically lying about high ratings in person and on all website forums.

When you put a patient in a bed without registering them or reading their plan of care, and then leave them sitting on a bed pan for twenty minutes, you deserve nothing but scorn. So my guess is, to work at Belmont, you have to sneak in behind the scenes and lie to potential patients and their familes about how awful and... read more

I left after barely two days. I was not treated with respect or allowed to keep my dignity intact. They didn’t bother to familiarize themselves with my case. Nobody checked in on me or ask how I was doing.

My 91 year old father is in Broadmoor nursing home. They moved him to a hospital (the wrong one) without our permission. It took three days and only found out from a neighbor who happened to text. He was brought back and I’m on a week without them letting me speak to him, his caseworker contacting me, or me even knowing if he’s alive. This is apparently normal for them now.
