The best place I've lived in Rochester. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and even cosmetic changes were done at no cost to us. Staff is great at keeping us up to date with email notices about upcoming inspections or required maintenance happening in the area. The townhouses are wonderful. The Brittany's are the best.
