The management staff is atrocious, they never answer a question, just promise that they will get back with you about your concerns. The buildings were damaged in the earth quake a few years back, they have cracks in the foundations and holes in the walls. The laundry room in the building were I lived had a hole about 3 feet by 4 feet wide behind the washers and the floor dipped when you walked on it from water damage.
UPDATE: in the end it took me 7 tries before they finally answered. And even then, all they said was they had a unit available but had no information on it and to call back in 2 weeks... Obviously, by then, the unit was taken by someone else. Pretty unhelpful. Apparently the best course of action is to go in person and hope they make time for you. Original: They never answer their phones or emails. I've tried contacting them 5 times this week, twice by email through their website and 3 times by phone to 2 different numbers.
Gennoa has been helping me through the process of moving and she has made everything happen so smoothly , she’s very understanding but is still firm of the expectation of the Crimson. She has helped me and my sister find an apartment on such shorty notice and i’m very great full for all the help she has. provided us!! Definitely already recommended her to yk friends and family !!
I wanted to update my previously positive review, as there have been some major issues that have arisen that are affecting the way that I feel about living at The Crimson. Our stay started out great; we had no real issues we could spot from the get-go, outside of a few needed appliance upgrades, and help with a major spider infestation, which maintenance helped with and were awesome about.
