Very frustrated, Taylor had been on the call with me and my boyfriend and claimed I am not in the lease despite the paperwork I signed. She claimed I was “screaming” when I wasn’t and rudely hung up on the conversation about bills that were unreasonably charged for our move fees. I've lived here for 4 years, and overall it's been nice, but time to move on. The area is safe and the neighbors are generally friendly. Dog mess in the yards is a constant issue, however, and some people still smoke on their patios/balconies despite the rule against it. The buildings were constructed in 1970 and the plumbing certainly shows; I had frequent leak problems in my unit as a result of busted pipes, and so did the units above me. Edit: I was billed several hundred dollars more than expected for move-out costs (there was one charge for a change I had made that had previously been discussed with management and was acceptable and not what I am complaining about), despite having FULLY cleaned the apartment myself and having left the rest of it in better condition than when I moved in. AVOID AVOID AVOID I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here. My experience with management was extremely frustrating and disappointing and that’s me being nice. I paid rent early or on time for 6.5 years and was treated like absolute garbage when I asked management for something for the first time. Ive lived here for about a year now and i have struggled a lot financially over this time and ive had so much opportunity and help from taylor in management! She has helped me so much this month with figuringout how to pay my rent on time so i dont experience getting evicted. Shes genuinely been a life saver. I suggest going to her for any of your issues if youre worried about your rent payments, they will accommodate!
