had 2 floods.due lack of maintenance. everything soaked. never got a mold test even after requested they never replaced the carpet. numerous leaks. lack of care from Management . had make replace filter
I visited a friend here and they had bed bugs. My friend informed the rental office and Nothing was done. I saw a couple of those bed bugs when I visited. So what they can do to improve is get an exterminator to handle their bed bug problems🤢🤢, and this time exterminate INSIDE the apartments. From the looks of my friends apartment, a nice upgrade and renovation wouldn't be so bad either. No Way!!
