I have been in twice now,with a couple of months between visits, to use gift cards purchased for me by my students. Both times I have been told that the gift card system is down and that you can only use gift cards if a certain person is in who can access the system on her computer. These gift cards were bought for me in good faith by my students families. I consider this completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!
