The apartments okay if you live on the right side! The property manager is nice at the begininng to rope you in, but after you move in she is rude and completly unproffessional and it would not surprise me if she has wrote the previous comments on this board. They are not priced well and I would not say they are remodeled unless you said some new fake wood tile on the floor and a horrible paint job is remodeling; plus the appliances are so out dated. These apartments offer no amenities and they charge so much.
The property management Emily is a very professional manager and takes care of her new tenants as well as her existing tenants. The property seems to be very well maintained. Emily takes the time to find out what she can do to make you feel more at home.
Friendly Staff with All Bills Paid and HUGE layouts for 1,2,3 bedrooms. They even have two and three bedroom townhomes; really cute! The Elementary School is literally next to the property. There are several Super Markets I can walk to and the Middle School and High School are nearby.
Wow the apartments have totally changed since the new management took over last summer. The Bristols has renovated the units and there are new wood tile floors that look so nice with the exposed brick walls. Rooms are spacious and have big closets too. I would definately recommend this to my friends.
