I want to start out by urging whomever is reading these reviews in order to decide whether to send your loved one to The Bristol to NOT send anyone whom you care about there. The facility is a COVID nightmare. If I would have known that the Bristol had over 120 cases of COVID-19 of both its residents and staff since last May 2020, I would have never sent my mother there. 1) The Bristol sends out a text message daily notifying you about any new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
