The Bristol is in a class by themselves. The apartments are all unique and are spacious some with carpet some without. Garages, pool and doggie park. Not to mention the indoor community area, where you can work out of, have a cup of moe, wifi and print, play some billards eatch TV on the big screens in sectioned off rooms... Then theres the apt that have a balcony some fully enclosed looking over the pool and others gives you a great view. Pet friendly is an under statement. They love love love fur babies. We lived in these apartments in 2022 and couldn’t wait to leave. Monette made a stink at our front door because my autistic 3 year old was walking down the hallway we paid to inhabit, at 2pm on a weekend. Couldn’t wait to leave and have been much happier at other places that don’t employ people like Monette!
Current resident here - Speaking about the good things, Apartments looks nice, good location and friendly speaking leasing office people. Huge bad things - a power washing of the stairwell majorly flooded our apartment like no towel or rug on the floor would've stopped it. Apartments have been trying to repair the damage but for some reason the carpet is still damp. Not much help from the apartment side to try getting an alternate place to stay or to properly follow through on carpet repairs - said I need to stay overnight w... read more
