I love it here! Great views, great people, and a fun place to call home.
Very unprofessional how they treated my niece. They approved her which she has a job no evictions but previous landlord said she was late which isn’t eviction or nothing bad in her credit. Originally asked them the requirements which I’m very familiar with and they said she would have no issues told her she would pay the rent and a $500 security then asked for her landlords phone number and a day later then denied her application because she was late with her landlord previous month ! The Bristol has been absolutely incredible I had unfortunately lost my mother two days before I moved here and the leasing office was so very nice and friendly . I had a lot of questions and they always respond quickly my apartment is incredible a lot bigger then expected very quiet and peaceful which is what I was looking for since I work different shifts sometimes late sometimes early morning but I have never once lost sleep here it's so quiet and safe . I had a fantastic experience touring The Bristol at Park West Village in Feb 2026. From the very first tour, Kalylin, the leasing agent, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions. I also had a great interaction with Monette, the manager, who made the entire process feel seamless and professional. I especially loved the Cary floor plan—it’s such a unique layout that stands out compared to other apartments in the area.
