Been living here for YEARS, and the last 2 years everything seems to have gone downhill. Rent keeps going up but service is lacking severely. It’s July 19th and the pool isn’t even open yet, does that mean we’re going to be getting a rent drop? But you know, they will close it no matter what September 1st even if it’s hot still. There is always at least one or two washer and dryers broken but hey you increased the price of those too. I've lived here for 15 years and at the start it was fine but in the past few years its gone down hill especially the staff, the combination of an old falling apart apartment and the disrespectful staff this place has lost its charm.
My family and I have lived in this building for almost 10 years, it’s a really great building. Very family orientated, the staff go above and beyond whenever I put a maintenance request in, Rob is always on it and does it the same day if he has time; I never wait more than a day or two! Kip is a fantastic building manager he listens to you and helps you out as best he can with any concerns and is very kind, considerate and professional.
