This is a great apartment to live in. The staff is excellent and super reliable. The community is welcoming and Kip is always there to help! Very happy to be a part of the family here :)
I've lived here for the past few years and it's been great! Although the building is a bit older, the property itself is always clean and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure everything looks great and works perfectly. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone here is so friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. If you want a GREAT place to live...look NO further! The staff and management are all professional and friendly who keep the building clean and well maintained. I was nervous at first being a condo owner for decades to move into an apartment, but I'm sorry I didn't make this move sooner!...so be smarter than me...which means I'll see ya soon!!!
I've been here for just over 5 years now. This is the second time I've lived in a Boardwalk Community in London. While the buildings may not be fancy and new, they are solid and well maintained. The few minor repair issues I've had over this time were handled quickly and with professionalism. Plenty of parking, controlled parking garage, lots of green space and close to everything. The pool is a bonus in the summer if you can get down there. Last year it was a bit over-run with a large group who seemed to make it "their own"... read more
