If you want a GREAT place to live...look NO further! The staff and management are all professional and friendly who keep the building clean and well maintained. I was nervous at first being a condo owner for decades to move into an apartment, but I'm sorry I didn't make this move sooner!...so be smarter than me...which means I'll see ya soon!!!
I've been here for just over 5 years now. This is the second time I've lived in a Boardwalk Community in London. While the buildings may not be fancy and new, they are solid and well maintained. The few minor repair issues I've had over this time were handled quickly and with professionalism. Plenty of parking, controlled parking garage, lots of green space and close to everything. The pool is a bonus in the summer if you can get down there. Last year it was a bit over-run with a large group who seemed to make it "their own"... read more

We love living at The Bristol. We’ve lived here for 20 years. It truly is home. We have always received prompt service when needed, without any issues, and if there were circumstances beyond their immediate control, we have always been contacted immediately with future plans. The grounds are beautiful, and the scenery is amazing. Thank you all from the office, cleaners and maintenance for always making our home the best it can be!
Good building to live in. Repairs done promptly ..Friendly capable staff Lots of green space well kept.
