I've lived here for 15 years and at the start it was fine but in the past few years its gone down hill especially the staff, the combination of an old falling apart apartment and the disrespectful staff this place has lost its charm.
My family and I have lived in this building for almost 10 years, it’s a really great building. Very family orientated, the staff go above and beyond whenever I put a maintenance request in, Rob is always on it and does it the same day if he has time; I never wait more than a day or two! Kip is a fantastic building manager he listens to you and helps you out as best he can with any concerns and is very kind, considerate and professional. Great please to live beautiful property and clean
This is a great apartment to live in. The staff is excellent and super reliable. The community is welcoming and Kip is always there to help! Very happy to be a part of the family here :)
