Bristol Apartments operates in bad faith and is predatory toward military members. While offering low move in deposit sounds good but upon moving out less than 7 months later they made grandiose claims of damages, which they back up with little to no evidence. In addition their "price list" for cleaning and replacement items is ridiculous, such as $75 for a single "bent blind" (Home Depot cost $11 per blind cut to length) and $50 for a set stove drip pans (retail at $10-15).
