There are much promise but less kept
I’ve been a resident here since November 2024. It’s actually been a pleasure and excellent service since we first met Denise who shared all of the Apartments that were available, events and amenities she was a great help in making our decision. The staff here are very accommodating both the housekeepers , the dining room staff and the Management team. I have found the maintenance staff to be Fantastic and very helpful. I have a good friend more like my second mom who lives there and the things she tells me and the food they get for their meals you should be ashamed to serve these people who pay a enormous amount of money to live in your facility. You should clean house and get rid of the dead weight who works there and get people who really care about these seniors who live there.
