As the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce Administrator we have to say we are fortunate enough to have been guests for our membership to have a meeting at The Bristal at Sayville. The dining room, the incredible chef prepared meal and the tours..all were just perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I know personally that this will be part of my own an for my senior living! The Bristal at Sayville is a community!
My father was one of the first residents when the Sayville location opened. Everyone has been wonderful! Carolyn goes above and beyond, as does Geri at the front desk, Emily, the wellness staff, maintenance, the aides, and the cleaning staff. They treated my father with care and respect and I cannot say enough good things about them. It’s the people who make a place and they made it a home for him.
The Bristal at Sayville provides a thorough level of care to their residents and their responsiveness and ongoing communication to family members is invaluable. My father currently resides in the assisted living area, and my mother was in the Reflections unit until she passed. During her time there, the nursing and wellness staff were exceptionally attentive and compassionate toward her. We’re very happy with the care that our mother has received over the past 10 months at the Bristal of Sayville. Denise was right there to answer all of our questions when we were thinking of the Bristal as our mother’s new home. Lisa, the Wellness Director, an empathetic and experienced individual, has helped us tremendously. The nurses, aides and med techs know our mother and do a fine job of making sure she’s being taken care of.
