I have a good friend more like my second mom who lives there and the things she tells me and the food they get for their meals you should be ashamed to serve these people who pay a enormous amount of money to live in your facility. You should clean house and get rid of the dead weight who works there and get people who really care about these seniors who live there. My 90 year mother is at the Bristal in Sayville . The people who work and care are wonderful. From the dining staff to the administration staff. Everyone beyond kind ,courteous and compassionate. They all know who she is and she is always met with kindness. The rooms are always well maintained and the overall appearance of the facility is stunning. The front desk staff are simply the best.
