Love the employees here- they are so sweet and genuinely care for the community and residents. Special shout outs to Geri and Denise for always remembering not only the residents but providing amazing service to the families. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and it is employees like you that make me know The Bristal is a great place.
The Bristal at Sayville We have been incredibly pleased with The Bristal at Sayville. We moved our mom in at the start of the year after she lived in her home for 60 years, and she is thriving thanks to the wonderful team, delicious meals, engaging activities, and first-class service. They have delivered on every level, and we are truly grateful for the care and independence she enjoys.
As the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce Administrator we have to say we are fortunate enough to have been guests for our membership to have a meeting at The Bristal at Sayville. The dining room, the incredible chef prepared meal and the tours..all were just perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I know personally that this will be part of my own an for my senior living! The Bristal at Sayville is a community!
My father was one of the first residents when the Sayville location opened. Everyone has been wonderful! Carolyn goes above and beyond, as does Geri at the front desk, Emily, the wellness staff, maintenance, the aides, and the cleaning staff. They treated my father with care and respect and I cannot say enough good things about them. It’s the people who make a place and they made it a home for him.
The Bristal at Sayville provides a thorough level of care to their residents and their responsiveness and ongoing communication to family members is invaluable. My father currently resides in the assisted living area, and my mother was in the Reflections unit until she passed. During her time there, the nursing and wellness staff were exceptionally attentive and compassionate toward her.
