Today, life is more meaningful than ever. Living it on your own terms is a privilege we hold dear but seniors need help from time to time. This is why our Assisted Living communities champion a harmony of both: the desire to preserve personal freedom & the wisdom to embrace assistance. This is true for every resident of The Bristal, including those in our special Reflections wing who face memory loss. All residents find the attentive care and compassion they need to make the most of every day. We never limit life for any of ... read more

My 90 year mother is at the Bristal in Sayville . The people who work and care are wonderful. From the dining staff to the administration staff. Everyone beyond kind ,courteous and compassionate. They all know who she is and she is always met with kindness. The rooms are always well maintained and the overall appearance of the facility is stunning. The front desk staff are simply the best. Know where mom is at all times, any questions you need not go any further. The administrations are always accessible and responsive. The ... read more

Our mother went seamlessly from a sub acute rehab into The Bristal at Sayville recently. She has a beautiful apartment and is making her way into the community more and more each day. The variety of activities in and out of the facility is amazing. She is beginning PT and OT and has already improved strength and balance. Above all, the courteous, capable and friendly staff give us as her family the confidence that she is safe and cared for.

After attending their open house, meeting with the Bristal staff and touring the facility a few times we knew this was the best home for her. The staff helped make the transition run smoothly as a state to state regulations and procedures differ. They took the time to get to know mom and us and listened patiently to help get to know her, meet her needs and include her as a member of... read more
