While this facility may appear attractive on the surface, my family’s experience over more than four years tells a very different story. As a resident of the Bristal at Armonk I am extremely impressed with the staff who always use a resident's name when interacting with them. It is very welcoming as a new resident and continues throughout. Staff members know your interests, your family and they listen to your concerns. Thanks to Amanda and Mackenzie for the beautiful framed photos of my daughter and me. They are very special and will be placed where we can enjoy them always.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy my meal and to top it all off, the service was excellent.

The staff here are very caring and kind, overall, if I had to rate the staff on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them an 11. Also enjoy meeting new residents. I appreciate all the available activities. The best of all that I’m closer to my family, which a real bonus for me.
