I ordered the two meat plate: brisket and sausage (spicy) with mustard potato salad and a tomato cucumber salad for my sides. Brisket: melt in your mouth goodness, half lean and half moist cuts. They know their brisket. Sausage: pretty good but doesn't taste homemade, a little generic. Sides: not horrible. Think I can order a two meat plate with lean and moist brisket a as my two meats?
