The Bridgetown is a 50-Unit net zero, eco-friendly apartment building in the Beaumont Village neighborhood of Northeast Portland. With more than 6,200 square feet of high-visibility interactive retail space, including a purpose-built restaurant space, the project is a key-contributor to the urban fabric in an already vibrant neighborhood. An activated entry courtyard is shared between the retailers and the building's residents creates a two-way dialogue between the building and the neighborhood. With support from the Energy ... read more

The good: Great location, safe area, easy parking. But wouldn’t recommend parking on Fremont. I had my car hit multiple times. Walk the extra block and park on a side street. Never had issues with package deliveries. The bad: Elevator constantly breaks. Good luck not having it break on a day moving in/out. Some repairs took weeks before it was functional again. The front gate slams very loud that I could hear and I was on the top floor. The worst, by far, is management. They are almost impossible to get ahold of by phone. I ... read more
I lived in a 480 sq ft studio on the 2nd floor for a year. If there weren't noise issues from neighbors upstairs in late & early hours, I would have stayed. Pros: good location, quieter neighborhood, key fob access to enter the building meant I felt safe. Almost always found street parking within 1 block. Clean, modern fixtures/appliances, washer & dryer & A/C in unit. Open-air atrium in the middle of the complex means there are windows on both ends of the unit (and cross ventilation in warm months if you don't want to use A... read more
I lived in a 480 sq ft studio on the 2nd floor for a year. If there weren't noise issues from neighbors upstairs in late & early hours, I would have stayed. Cons: can hear every footfall from neighbors upstairs; tricky to get in contact with & get a response from property management; package receipt is hit or miss; I found utilities to be expensive (they charge common area utilities for electric, gas, water, sewer, & garbage by unit type & number of occupants; also had my own, separate electric bill for personal usage); I've... read more
Karen, Lucy and Alex were delightful bartenders! Everything great 😁 definetly coming back!
I lived here from January to July and had a great experience. I was on the top floor so I can't speak much to noise from above, but I never heard a peep from neighbors and the concrete floors felt sturdy and soundproof. There's both younger and older folks who live here, all nice but mostly keep to themselves. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe at night, and there some decent restaurants near the building - Tacovore, Pizza Jerk, and Jim and Patty's were my go-tos. I was nervous to move out, as a friend of mine had been ch... read more
