I lived here from January to July and had a great experience. I was on the top floor so I can't speak much to noise from above, but I never heard a peep from neighbors and the concrete floors felt sturdy and soundproof. There's both younger and older folks who live here, all nice but mostly keep to themselves. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe at night, and there some decent restaurants near the building - Tacovore, Pizza Jerk, and Jim and Patty's were my go-tos.
