This complex is blatantly discriminating and only moving in Afghan families. Thus creating a huge problematic environment as these families have 7+ people each in 2 bed room apartments, and zero regard for anyone outside of their culture. They are loud, they destroy property, and leave their kids of all ages outside unsupervised.

This complex has been taken over by Afghan refugees, who have no consideration for others. Every single day & night Im forced to hear their kids screaming, slamming laundry room door , damaging cars & property. They gather at the playground EVERY night until way past dark, with more than 30 kids. It is unacceptable to have a playground 6 feet from the windows of other families who are trying to live. There is constant unsupervised kids, toddlers and babies out playing in the street behind cars trying to move and parents who ... read more

This is my breaking point at these apartments, I have no peace everyday 7PM - 9PM at night with 10-30 children screaming unsupervised on a playground directly by my window so I can’t even open them at this point. I’ve had these children and their moms running up and down my stairs and when I tell them to move they’re back on them the next day!!! I’ve even had these children on top of my cars hood playing with my windshield wipers and when I told them to get down they’re parent just looked at me and looked at their phones tha... read more

Our cars are dented and damaged by soccer balls and unsupervised Afghanistan children Our peace is gone because these kids and families have no regard for anyone outside of thier culture and due to govt kick backs, this complex is blatantly only moving in refugee families. This place is maddening and on top of it all, they raise rent every year. It's not affordable or low income. They are taking 70% of people's fixed income for an apartment with NO SECURITY, NO STAFF ON SITE, NO PEACE and NO SAFETY and whats worse is the off... read more
