RecommendedI love it here. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. It’s a perfect environment for college student and professionals. The community spaces are always spotless. I never hear my neighbors. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s all modern appliances. Plus it’s pet friendly! I live here with my golden retriever and my cat and I love it so much. DO NOT LEASE HERE. They will take your money. The parking is a joke there is not enough parking for everyone. The amenities are not worth the money. The wifi was terrible, we had to keep the wifi guy on speed dial because he was in our apartment so many times. We were constantly filling out maintenance requests. The apartments appear to be nice but all the materials are cheap. The floors easily scratch, the paint easily chips. The Bridges is a beautiful apartment complex. It offers a great place to live in close proximity to school and events. If you need a nice place to call home check them out online or visit in person! You can also join them on instagram, Tik Tok, as well.
It is a very terrible place to live, very money hungry business. There is no way to break your lease, what they advertise is not what you get. They try to get you to renew your lease very early in your first lease, which I feel is very predatory. They as well will enter your apartment without them letting you know first. As well as staff is very rude. Not enough parking spots for everyone who lives here. If you are not wealthy and do not want to spend excess funds, do not live here!!!!! Built very cheapliy as well
