I used to do Bikram yoga (or 26 + 2) years ago very regularly. I decided to get back into a couple of weeks ago, but as someone who lives in Manayunk, I didn’t want to have to drive into the city and find parking, contend with unpredictable traffic, etc…The Bridge Hot Yoga has been a wonderful studio. Firstly, parking is plentiful and easy, and although I live relatively close to Narberth, I never realized how quaint the little downtown where the studio is located is! I attended a Bikram Yoga class this morning at The Bridge Hot Yoga, led by Kaitlin, the owner and lead instructor. Her clear guidance and positive energy made the class challenging yet rewarding. The heated room and the postures helped deepen my stretches and test my endurance. Kaitlin created a supportive, non-judgmental environment, making it easy to push through the heat and stay focused. I left feeling physically stronger and mentally clearer, and I’m excited to return to The Bridge Hot Yoga for more classes with her!
LOVE this studio! Bright, clean, HOT, welcoming, and all the teachers are amazing!
