The care here is horrible. Residents are not cared for at all. The care for my friends family member has been awful. No bath, no clean clothes, no meds given. Nursing staff is lazy and incompetent. The facility is very nice but the care is what is important and it is terrible.
It's luxury at the most in assisted living, and only 2 blocks from our house, with doctors and nurses on site all the time. I hope to move my aunt there. Nothing is too good for my aunt after what she has been through.
I have just joined a team of the most caring and dedicated staff at this fabulous community. What a great adventure this is going to be. Sally Ostheimer, Executive Director
