THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR LOVED ONE IN, THEY ARE NEGLECTFUL AND DO NOT CARE FOR THE CLIENTS THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING WITH DEMENTIA. STAFF WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE JUST TO GET YOU IN AND THEN AS SOON AS YOU WALK OUT THEY DOOR AND LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE, ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO DHHS FOR ELDERLY NEGLECT. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.
My mom lived in Garden Plaza of Florissant for 1 1/2 years. She lived on the 2nd floor for a year then 8 months in memory care. Her apartment was so nice and although their turnover is consistent with other care centers I was impressed by the caring staff. They offer a lot for the residents to do if you can get them to go. They had great communications with the hospice nurses and went above & beyond to help us toward the end of her life. Thank you!
My mother has been at Garden Plaza Senior Living Community for almost a year, and she has adjusted so well to her new home. Recently, I moved my father in as well, and I am grateful for the warm, caring, and family-oriented atmosphere the facility provides. The activities at Garden Plaza are wonderful!
