I found my dress here today and absolutely love it! The selection was great and staff was so helpful and friendly. Had a rocky start to dress shopping at other places before hand and wound up having a great day because of how great Brides World was. Kelly was the one that helped me and actually picked out a dress I wouldn't have even looked at. Of course that's the one we fell in love with! Go to Brides World. They were amazing!
My family and I have had great experiences here! We have bought, rented, and had numerous things altered there- definitely our go to place.
My wedding is in 2 weeks and I still don't have my dress altered right. They sent me the wrong dress to begin with. So I had to wait another over a month. Finally got the right one! But the lady helping has not been very helpful. And she is keeping it a secret from her boss my alterations are being paid for! They should be paid for! The mistake was on them.
The Bride's World & Tux World has a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses & killer tuxedos. Not to mention the fact that they are lead by a truly wonderful team of experts who are super helpful & lovely to work with. :)
Great store & great staff! We send our brides there when they still need dresses. :) Wonderful people to work with!
