UPDATE!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! From July: I found my perfect dress after trying on just three dresses. They had lovely spaces for your entourage to sit comfortably and admire the beautiful dress. I received a discount for buying my dress the first day there and a free mug! The staff was so nice and helpful. I'm so glad I decided to come here! The owner is well aware of the experience I am about to account. We were told that the dress would be in around the end of October. So, on September 2nd I ordered a beautiful Stella York dress. Seriously had the best service at the bride to be! A few months went by and I was impatiently waiting for January for my dress to come in (they originally told me January) In December I got a few messages about that business that concerned me and worried me. I left it be to see if my dress would come. I called and she said they changed it to February. I kept hope because I was like this seriously cannot be happening, right ??! Long story short.. I was told by other brides she wasn’t ordering dresses, dresses were coming in way later than they were suppose too, dresses were lost, dresses had no tags on them, some were altered down samples. Ordered my dress 6 months ago.. has no tracking number. Was told it MAYBE here next week. Then found out she can’t even buy from the designer I had selected a dress from! (Stella York) So how would she be able to produce me a dress if she can’t buy from that designer?! I got a full refund and now I’m 5 months awa... read more
