Jeanna Graham used to own The Bride in Tampa and we purchased my daughter's dress from her. After the wedding, she picked up my daughter's dress in July 2019 indicating she had an excellent cleaner. To date, after repeated texts and calls, I have had no response from her. I see she is now working for Couture Weddings and More. This place had great reviews! So I applied on their website because this must be the thing to do at wedding shops. I had a confirmation email & text message saying I had an appointment at 1130 so I drove two hours yesterday. GUESS WHAT?!!! They were no longer located there and the guy next door said haven’t been there in over a month! Even worse he said they had relocated to OcAla where I LIVE!!! I cAlled and I Facebook messaged! No reply no answer! Don’t go to Tampa at this business address, you will literally find nothing.

I’m very confused as to how a highly recommended bridal boutique continues to take appointments, and even to go as far as sending a confirmation email for said appointment. We drive 2 hours to this place only to find an empty space and a “for lease” sign out front. Like wtf?!!! Here’s a tip: update your google, update your fb, and answer a phone call or a message. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business owner. UGH!

After visiting several bridal shops in the area and feeling overwhelmed and discouraged, I finally found my dream gown at The Bride - Tampa. These beautiful women went above and beyond. I am a plus sized woman and I wanted a black dress! They met and exceeded all of my needs. My dress is to die for and I’m so grateful for these amazing women!

I had a wonderful experience with this shop Viktoria and Jeanna are great at what they do and will definitely find you the dress! And in my personal opinion they have a great selection of the best wedding designer out there Berta! Thanks again for making one of my first bridal experience a great one.

I loved my experience at the bride. The dresses here are so unique and beautiful and I found exactly what I was looking for. I love the private service so it’s just you and whoever you bring with you in there, it makes it feel even that much more special. There aren’t a lot of places around here that are like that. The service is A+ and they really care about you, your needs and wants, budget and are extremely helpful with everything. Highly recommend shopping for your dress here, you won’t be disappointed.

First class service, amazing selection, and a one-of-kind experience...that's what you can expect from Viktoria at The Bride! My sister found THE dress and the experience was everything we could have asked for and more!
