What a great experience from start to finish with Tru and her team. Communication was great throughout the whole process and I couldn't be happier with how my bridal party and I looked. We booked hair and makeup for 5 ladies, all with different styles and preferences, and everyone looked stunning. I was amazed at how quickly we were all done and ready. We used The Bridal Suite for the bridal party hair and makeup (bride, MOH, bridesmaids, MOG, sisters-of-groom). Having been a destination bride, I was unable to meet Tru in person until my hair and makeup trial the week before the wedding. I particularly was looking for a HMU artist who knew Asian hair and skin (super straight hair and yellow undertones). She was super accommodating with my changes. This place sucks. Staff is all rude. Hair: Went in for a hair tryout and the girl was SO rude. No one gave me any prior instructions on how my hair needed to be when I came in. My hair was damp with a little leave in conditioner and the girl was like “idk if I can work with this” so snotty, what?! Left spending $120 for her to finger curl my hair and not much else. -Didn’t end up getting my wedding hair done here cuz the experience was awful.
