I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this bridal salon was honestly shocking — and it all comes down to the owner. The owner was incredibly nasty and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, dismissed my preferences, and made rude comments about my budget and body type. Instead of making me feel excited and supported during such a special time, she made me feel uncomfortable and judged.
We had the best experience at the bridal salon! We came with my sister for her first time ever trying dresses on, and it was amazing! Viv and Matt are beyond excellent. They picked styles that my sister loved, and truly took their time listening and letting her have her bride moment! She said yes to the dress and we had the best experience. Highly recommend the experience and quality of service at the bridal salon of Huntington!
Matt and the entire team at the Bridal Salon have made this stressful process as smooth as possible. Every step since Day 1 has made me more and more excited for the big day! From the dress to alterations to my veil and the fancy jewelry, I can’t wait to get to wear it all! Definitely head to the Bridal Salon of Huntington Village for all your bridal needs!
